What is your Exchange Policy?: All purchases may be exchanged in person within 15 days if approved by Dan Balk. The item(s) must be in new (unused) condition for exchange. We have a no refund policy.

Do you offer jewelry cleaning?: When you buy a Dan Balk piece of jewelry, it is The Singing Stone promise to clean it for free annually. Mail your designer Dan Balk piece of jewelry to Singing Stone and we will clean it and mail it back to you.
Also, If you have any jewelry that you would like to be professionally cleaned, we are able to clean your existing jewelry. We are not able to clean chain necklaces. Please call Singing Stone for cleaning costs, prices vary in volume.
Do I have to pay sales tax on purchse if I'm out of Florida?: When you make a purchase from out of state, We ship to you and No sales tax applies.
